WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
According to the Australia Post Delivery Timetable, parcels which leave Maleny in SE QLD, will take:

Most orders will be packed and then shipped via Australia Post, within 2 business days of payment being received. We will send you an email indicating the day your order was dispatched from our office in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Queensland. This dispatch email will include a copy of the sales invoice and any special notes relating to your order.
If an unusual situation occurs and we will be holding your order for 3 business days or longer we will email you an explanation. Some delays may result during seasonal peak periods in July, August, September and March. Or, unforeseen supply problems may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. We may hold an order for a few days in anticipation of imminent stock arrival but where this will extend beyond 3 business days we will, (unless you have agreed to wait longer) send the stock we have in hand and the remaining items will be sent to the same address at a later date. No extra charges apply for this additional delivery. In our experience the major reasons for delays beyond 3 days are: choosing the payment options of Online Banking or Cheque/Money Order by post or entering an inaccurate credit card expiry date or delivery address.

We guarantee our seeds and plants to the value of the purchase price for one year from your purchase. We are happy to replace the seeds or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Plants may not be available for replacement in which case we will refund your purchase price.
