Green Harvest Gifts and Gift Certificates
A gift certificate from Green Harvest may well be a perfect gift for a keen gardener, as a common response
to our catalogue is "I want it all!".
To send a Gift Certificate
Please take the time to follow the instructions for a Gift Certificate as the website is not yet able to handle the process in a fully automated way.
If you are finding it difficult, please just give us a call on our Freecall number 1800 681014 and we will do it for you.

Where should we send it?
We need your contact details entered into the Delivery Details in the Green Harvest Checkout whether you want the Gift Certificate sent to yourself or the recipient. If you would like the Gift Certificate sent directly to the recipient, please write their name and address details, and any message you would like included, in the Comments box. A catalogue / Australian Organic Gardening Resource Guide will be sent out with the Gift Certificate. Our apologies that this is not more user-friendly, we are looking at ways to improve this.
Postage
No postage is charged to send out Gift Certificates but the usual postage amounts are charged when the Gift Certificate is redeemed. Postage will be charged at time of ordering and redeeming the certificate.
The Gift Certificate is valid for one year from the purchase date.
Gift Certificates cannot be used for orders for overseas customers but they can be purchased by overseas customers for Australian residents.
Free Gifts
A free gift is offered on all orders over $100.00.
Please note: This offer is for one gift only per order and is offered when a Gift Certificate for over $100.00 is redeemed, not when the Gift Certificate is purchased. The offer will automatically appear as part of the ordering process.
REDEEMING A GIFT CERTIFICATE ONLINE
All Green Harvest Gift Certificates are issued with a unique number. To order online we simply need you to enter this number into the box provided in Payment Details in the Green Harvest Checkout, as you finalise your order. If your order items total more than the value of the Gift Certificate we would prefer to charge the difference to a credit card, so please provide these details, if necessary. Please understand that a Gift Certificate is not transferable to cash so your order needs to be equal or be greater than the amount of the Gift Certificate.
TO SEND A PRODUCT SUCH AS A BOOK AS A GIFT
Sending a gift using the Green Harvest Checkout is easy, we just need to know if you would like us to send the gift directly to the recipient or to you, so you can give it personally. If you would like it sent directly; please write the recipient's name and address details, and any message you would like included, in the Comments box during the checkout process.
If you would like a credit card receipt separately posted to you, please also say so, in the Comments box. Please keep any messages in the comments box fairly short.
